details on our products and support packages. The FusionCode
3.5 Enterprise Edition and FusionCode 3.5 Oracle Applications
Edition have extensive functionality that covers all database
and application aspects respectively. We’ll be happy to
send you detailed information on the features and functionality
of the above-mentioned editions. We are confident that our Packages
supply “out of the box” everything that DBA’s
need to monitor and diagnose their databases. In cases that
certain functionality is not included, our developers will gladly
evaluate enhancement requests.
Our
support packages have been designed to be flexible enough to
accommodate most of our customers needs, but our sales representatives
can provide you assistance in customizing a package for your
individual company needs.
The
DBA’s who already downloaded and installed our FusionCode
Standard Edition probably already know the simplicity of the
installation and configuration process. Since we know how heavy
the DBA schedule can be, customers with limited DBA resourses
need not worry about installation and configuration. Aspeda
Systems provides an optional “initial remote setup”
package that provides our customers with very affordable way
of implementing FusionCode. Upon completion of the initial setup
Aspeda Systems will provide the customer with complete “setup
documentation” that DBAs can use to build on, and to know
how the system was setup.
